Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your data updated and protect your credentials. The account is personal and must not be shared, resold or used to allow unauthorized access by third parties.

We may request email confirmation, limit activations per device, block suspicious sessions and adopt other reasonable measures to protect the account and the service.

Plans and limits

NexaIQo Signal offers the Free, Starter, Creator and Pro plans. Features, monthly limits and applicable prices are shown on the Plans page and in My Account.

We may adjust features, limits or prices with proper notice and while respecting already contracted conditions and applicable law.

Payments and cancellation

When paid subscriptions are available, charges will be processed at the price and cadence shown before purchase.

The user may request cancellation through the available channels. Cancellation stops future renewals, without affecting rights provided by applicable law.

Extension and compatibility

The extension is intended for compatible desktop browsers, with official support stated on the installation page.

Changes made by the browser, YouTube or third parties may temporarily affect how it works.

Responsible use

You agree not to try to bypass limits, access accounts or systems without authorization, automate abusive use, interfere with security, copy the service, redistribute the extension or use the product for illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing activities.

Metrics and artificial intelligence

Metrics, scores, estimates, classifications and generated content are support tools for research and decision-making.

The user should review ideas, titles, images and analyses before publishing or making decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, downtime, errors, integration changes and updates needed for improvement, security or legal compliance may occur.

Features may be updated, replaced or discontinued, while respecting the obligations applicable to users and contracted plans.

Intellectual property

The brand, identity, code, extension, interfaces, texts, models, features, behavior logic and original materials of NexaIQo Signal are protected by applicable law.

Independence

NexaIQo Signal is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or other cited platforms.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment or legal requirement.

Whenever reasonable and allowed, the user will be informed about the measure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaIQo Signal is not responsible for decisions made solely on metrics or generated content, unmet commercial results, acts of third parties or outages beyond its reasonable control.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Relevant changes may be communicated through the available channels.
